Ahead of her new album out new week, avant-garde, self-made audiovisual pioneer ionnalee(Jonna Lee of iamamiwhoami) has released an epic new single "Remember the Future," a galactic pop anthem punctuated by glistening synths and carried by ionnalee's soaring vocals and poetic lyrics. "Remember the Future" is "about finding an alternate light to aim against when all has gone to blazes," ionnalee shared, beginning with the powerful opening lyrics, "moving forth without a reason / find another kind of truth / try expanding the horizon / with our heads into the blue / floating freely use no pressure / hear beyond these frequency / and my skin burns from the fire / as it flares inside of me."   REMEMBER THE FUTURE is produced by ionnalee, and also features production contributions from Röyksopp and her longtime collaborator Claes Björklund (iamamiwhoami), and is mixed by Johannes Berglund (Fever Ray). Plus, the album features guest vocalists Zola Jesus and Jennie Abrahamson.
