Pearl Harbor and the Explosions was a musical act from San Francisco, California, United States. Forming in 1979, this new wave band had limited success in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Their debut single, “Drivin’,” reached the lower end of the American Billboard chart in 1980. The vocalist, Pearl E. Gates (also known as Pearl Harbor) left the band and move to the UK. Pearl was now living in the UK, Warners’ London office insisted she update her name to the British spelling of “Harbour.” Her solo record, Don’t Follow Me, I’m Lost Too was released in December 1980. This new expanded edition of Don’t Follow Me, I’m Lost Too from LIberation Hall includes four bonus tracks on purple grape vinyl and six on the CD. #TPII31
