Enigmatic French-American alt-pop musician and visual artist, CLARA-NOVA (the moniker of Sydney Wayser) has just released her new single "Echo" today - listen via Untitled Magazine here. "Echo" is featured on CLARA-NOVA's forthcoming EP, The Iron Age, which will be released on March 2nd via
Kobalt Music Recordings. The upcoming project was in collaboration with GRAMMY-winning producer
Shawn Everett (Julian Casablancas, Alabama Shakes, John Legend, Lucius) who help to expand
Wayser's sound and explore new sonic elements for the EP. Lookout for CLARA-NOVA performing new songs at LA's The Moroccan Lounge on March 4th, plus select showcases at SXSW 2018 - SXSW showcases to be announced soon.
Wayser has been working on a photography installation for her first ever art project titled IRON // GOLD. This installation will be accompanied with a series of photographs that are shot in collaboration with some of Wayser's favorite Los Angeles based photographers. The art project expands on the ideas of each of the upcoming EP's songs/lyrics into a visual format. The images speak of transparent walls and hidden boundaries that we place on ourselves and on each other. IRON // GOLD will debut at a multi-media show in late Summer 2018 in Los Angeles.

Her music has been featured within numerous major films and network TV series such as: Spotlight (film trailer), Wish Upon (film credits), Shameless, How To Get Away With Murder, This Is Us, Fear Inc.
