New York quintet Caveman will be playing its first-ever LA show on December 8th at The Echo. Presented by Chevy Sonic and sponsored by Stereogum, the show is free with RSVP HERE (each guest must RSVP individually) and will also feature performances from The Bins, Hands, Races, and Keegan DeWitt. Caveman is made up of five proud New York natives: lead singer/songwriter Matt Iwanusa, who also adds percussion and drums to the band on record and live on stage, Guitarist Jimmy CobraCarbonetti, who designs his hand-made Cobra Guitars from scratch, drummer and native Manhattanite Stefan Marolachakis, bassist Jeff Berrall, and Sam Hopkins on synths. The band has been gaining significant buzz, with its debut album, CoCo Beware, receiving praise from outlets like NPR, The New York Times, and Pitchfork. The tour marks Caveman’s first ever West Coast dates, after which the band will return home for a headlining show at New York’s Bowery Ballroom on January 20th.
