New York, NY – June 21st, 2021 – Night Beats is excited to announce a run of West Coast headline dates this Fall. The news comes on the heels of last week’s two-month UK/EU tour announce which has the band heading overseas in early 2022. A list of confirmed US dates can be found below, with tickets on sale now. The fall US trek will be Night Beats first live performances since the release of their fifth LP Outlaw R&B – out now via Fuzz Club Records. Along with the new album, they dropped the brand-new music video created by John Mark Lapham (Golden Dawn Arkestra) in collaboration with Ardneks (who designed the album art) for single “Stuck In The Morning” (WATCH HERE). Night Beats has also announced that their LEVITATION Sessions will stream on July 24th @ 7PM CT - ticket and vinyl bundles can be purchased HERE and you can watch a preview performance of "New Day" early HERE. For the session, Danny Lee Blackwell and his band ventured out into the desert and recorded a discography spanning 13-track set, featuring classic Night Beats songs and the first chance for fans to hear music off of Outlaw R&B in a full-band live setting. For our Levitation Session we recorded on reel-to-reel 1/2 inch tape in the middle of the Mojave Desert in Antelope Valley. Due to my natural tendencies to explore the layers of my ancestry and being forever inspired by the beautiful sounds coming out of the Saharan desert, I wanted to challenge myself to produce a recording that doesn't filter but fully embraces a similar environment. A search for symbiosis between the music and the ground it’s made on. Thanks to a place I love and respect, a welcomed challenge, and some of my closest friends, what you are hearing is Night Beats in one of its truest and rarest forms.
