(August 13, 2026) – North West London’s Qendresa (pronounced: Chen-Dre-Sa) shares a pair of sizzling new songs with “Besitos” and “Gave Myself 2 U”, along with a Yussef Haridy-directed video for “Besitos”. The former track is a sultry, reggaeton-inspired song that undulates sexuality and encourages liberation. From candlelight to moonlight, diamonds and pearls glistening on the Mexican coast, Qendresa oozes power and energy as she yearns for her long distance lover.

Thematically paired with “Besitos” is “Gave Myself 2 U”, a slow burning nod to 90’s R&B that signals the end of the night. Speaking on the duality of the two songs and how they pair together, Qendresa shares:

“One soundtrack for chasing mezcal infused

sunsets, and another for the heart aching drive home when the parties over”

Coinciding with the pair of new songs, Qendresa announces a 6-date North American Tour in November hitting clubs and venues across cities like Atlanta, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Tickets will be on sale beginning Friday, August 14th at 10AM local time at https://www.whereisqendresa.com/tour.

Qendresa’s new songs arrive on the heels of her celebrated appearance on Drake’s latest album HABIBTI with “Slap The City”, the flawless, fan favourite which peaked at #39 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart with 31M all time streams (tied for 2nd most streamed track on HABIBTI). She also made additional vocal contributions on “Gen 5”, “Fortworth ft PARTYNEXTDOOR” and “Stuck” (MAID OF HONOUR), which led to Complex crowning her “one of the UK’s most promising emerging voices”.

In May, Qendresa shared her first new music of the year with “Rain In July / Be The One”. A shimmering and smokey single drenched in groove and vulnerability, “Rain in July” both twinkles and pulsates, as Qendresa intimates her desires and fears to her partner: “I don’t wanna be just a memory to you,” she repeats in a lilting tone, attempting to control her own fate. The swirling, percussive “Be the One” sees Qendresa pitching her aching vocals up as she digs her heels in even deeper with her lover: “Can you take me back? / I just want to rewind.”

For the visuals, Qendresa reunited with the multidisciplinary artist Sofire who worked on the artwork for her debut EP Midnight Request Line. Inspired by hot summer evenings, London living, GTA, 80s anime and female led comics like Tank Girl, the music video is a homage to everything that created Sofire and her feminine viewpoint, effortlessly carrying the mood of Qendresa’s seductive vocals via a series of animated vignettes of a female protagonist taking agency and engaging in self care (smoking, bathing, driving).
