PRESS PRAISE FOR JESSIE REYEZ “There has always been breathtaking candor to Reyez’s best music.” - THE NEW YORKER “Vintage elegance, measured sweetness and an underlying fury” - THE NEW YORK TIMES “Reyez is a true trailblazer in both Canada and beyond” - BILLBOARD “Jessie Reyez’s soft, guttural vocals and uninhibited lyrics have captivated fans across the industry” - ROLLING STONE Today, Grammy-nominated and 6x Juno-winning singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez releases her highly anticipated fourth studio album, A LITTLE VENGEANCE – out now via FMLY / Island Records. With a voice that cuts deep and lyrics that don’t flinch, Reyez turns personal wreckage into hard-hitting anthems throughout the album, navigating the highs and lows of love through stories of yearning, self-discovery, and reckoning with former lovers. Across upbeat, fast-paced bangers and softer, melodic moments, she channels every emotion into her songwriting, delivering an album that is as vulnerable as it is unapologetic. Structured around three interludes that guide listeners through distinct emotional chapters and featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Muni Long, D Smoke, Lekan, RAAHiiM, and a Bob Marley sample, A LITTLE VENGEANCE captures Reyez contemplating lasting love while reflecting on relationships that left their mark. Listen to A LITTLE VENGEANCE HERE. Jessie Reyez shares about the album, “Just a PSA, this album is not a sign for you to message your ex. If you are going through something, this is a sign for you to MOURN it properly so that you do not go back and try and save the dead. You can miss something and still leave it tf alone. If in the event that your ex was nice and youuuu were the person in the wrong and this triggers you to hit your ex, then maybe yes, then maybe it is a sign. But only if you’ve done self inventory and learnt the lesson and are ready to apologize for whatever fuck shit you did. Otherwise just vibe, cry and leave ppl alone. Alright. That is all. Love yessie” Today, Jessie is set to perform in her hometown of Toronto for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Opening Ceremony, taking the stage with Palestinian singer-songwriter Elyanna for a special performance of their collaborative anthem “Illuminate”. Following her recent collaboration with producer Boi-1da on “I DARE YOU (TASTY),” a high-energy track which has helped shape how Canada is heard around the world, Reyez’s involvement in the ceremony further contributes to the celebration of Canada’s identity and energy through music and community, as she helps kick off the FIFA World Cup for fans around the globe. Alongside the album, Reyez is launching the Jessie Reyez Fund with strategic partner PLUS1, the nonprofit helping artists mobilize their communities for meaningful impact. Through the Fund, Jessie aims to expand access to opportunities in the music industry for women and historically underrepresented communities, while also supporting music-focused initiatives that strengthen underserved communities through education, wellbeing, cultural connection and preservation. The work has already begun in the background through select tour and partnership integrations, including a collaboration with Nando’s that resulted in 500 donated meals. Following the fund’s official launch, Jessie looks forward to sharing more about how the fund will continue to use music as a force for connection, empowerment and lasting impact. Last month, Jessie released the vulnerable and reflective “UR HEARTBEAT (WHO DO U THINK ABOUT AT 2AM?)” and her breathtaking single “AIN’T U TIRED” featuring Muni Long–a tender, otherworldly track that finds both artists weaving their styles over a lush, heaven-sent melody. It followed “N.Y.F.F.”, a sharp, rap-sung kiss-off to a lying, unfaithful ex. Together, the two singles offered listeners a glimpse into the emotional spectrum of A Little Vengeance, teasing the album’s duality of tender vulnerability and razor-sharp retribution. In March, she surprised fans with the $TILL PAID EP — a five-track celebration of her critically acclaimed 2025 album PAID IN MEMORIES, featuring a remix with BRIT Award-winning rapper Stormzy. The release followed her sold-out PAID IN MEMORIES headline world tour and the launch of Words of A Goat Princess II: The People's Purge, the second volume in her USA Today Best-Selling poetry series.
$TILL PAID builds upon the foundation laid by Reyez’s milestone album PAID IN MEMORIES, which has ushered in this current chapter of her career. Spanning over 20 tracks and featuring collaborations with artists such as Ari Lennox, Big Sean, Miguel, Lil Yachty, 6LACK, Lil Wayne, and Deyaz, the record cemented Reyez’s continued evolution both sonically and thematically. Tracks including “GOLIATH,” “NYB,” the Smashing Pumpkins-interpolating “PSILOCYBIN & DAISIES,” and viral fan favorite “CUDN’T B ME” showcase her wide vocal range and ability to seamlessly blend multiple genres while reflecting on themes of resilience, love, and personal healing.
