(May 6, 2026) - horsegiirL, the world’s first half-horse, half-human singer-songwriter, DJ, and producer, announces her NATURE IS HEALING World Tour, kicking off this September. In celebration of her long-awaited debut album NATURE IS HEALING, out June 5 via horsegiirL/RCA Records, the tour will see her bring her exhilarating, all-welcome live show to cities across North America she has yet to perform in — including Denver, Philadelphia, and Atlanta — alongside major headline returns to New York, Toronto, and Los Angeles, where she will also support Robyn at her sold-out Kia Forum date. horsegiirL will have support from Ren G, DJ_Dave, and Dylan Brady on select dates. The run continues into Europe with performances in Berlin, Paris, London, and more. Known for rallying packed crowds with fantastical performances that rupture the so-called natural order, horsegiirL has become a fixture on global festival stages, creating spaces where all species come together. This year, she will appear on major stages at Electric Love, Dour Festival, Osheaga, and Lollapalooza, alongside her headline tour dates, before returning to her own fully realized live show later this year.
NATURE IS HEALING includes the previously shared singles “earth is turning,” a hard-hitting, mantra-like track that reflects on the cyclical resilience of nature against human actions, “an apple a day,” a fours-to-the-floor club track and “only the best,” a tender, electro-pop banger.
At the end of 2025 horsegiirL found herself burnt out by the fast-paced demands of the music industry, so she immersed herself in nature once again. It was during that time she realized that her life’s purpose was to help guide humans to greater awareness of how they are affecting the world at large.
Inviting her devoted followers — affectionately known as Farmies — into the next phase of collective communion and awakening, horsegiirL officially presents NATURE IS HEALING. The resulting record is her vision of dance music as a force for true connection rather than empty escapism. Across it, her witty and thought-provoking wisdoms are delivered through punchy dance-pop hooks — a literal Trojan horse, if you will — as the music moves fluidly through balearic grooves, electroclash, new-age downtempo, and thumping gabber; an album rooted in cutting-edge electronics, euphoric house, and hard, fast club beats.
To help bring this sonic universe to life, horsegiirL enlisted some of electronic music’s most innovative producers, including Nomak (Charli xcx), Casey MQ (Oklou), Margo XS (Kim Petras, Zara Larsson), Elof Loelv (Icona Pop), FREE Jimi (Dorian Electra), Suena (Apache 207), A.G. Cook, as well as her trusted close collaborator Luvhunter. Throughout the album, samples of birds, insects, mammals, and reptilians — alongside percussion from around the globe, accordions, and pan flutes — remind human listeners of their deep interconnectedness with all living beings on Earth.
The album also expands the mythology of ONeEARTH, horsegiirL’s recently unveiled conceptual world first introduced with “only the best,” released on the first day of the Year of the Horse, and pictured on the album’s cover art. More than a setting, ONeEARTH is an evolving philosophy: a return to instinct, shared rhythm, and radical belonging. Through it, horsegiirL deepens her connection to the Farmies, bringing them further into an immersive universe where species, identities, and boundaries dissolve.
With recent scene-stealing appearances at the CULT100 event in NYC, Coachella—including performances with Wet Leg and PinkPantheress, who teased an unreleased horsegiirL track during her Weekend 1 set—Lollapalooza South America (where she was “arrested” by Sabrina Carpenter), New York Fashion Week, where she closed out Evanie Frausto's SHOWPONY debut, and Spotify’s Best New Artist party—and with a debut album now on the horizon—the Year of the Horse has officially begun. |
