BELLA POARCH RELEASES NEW SINGLE “RIBCAGE” & REVEALS DEBUT ALBUM PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY COMING THIS FALL

LISTEN TO "RIBCAGE" HERE; WATCH VIDEO HERE

(May 1, 2026 at 9 am PT) – Global pop phenomenon Bella Poarch unveils a look inside her mind and the world she is creating with the release of her new single “Ribcage” – listen HERE. The single arrives alongside a stop-motion-inspired haunting music video – watch HERE. “Ribcage” is the first taste of Bella’s debut album announced today, titled PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY, set for release this fall via a new partnership with Last Gang Records/MNRK Music Group.

“Ribcage” marks a distinct evolution in Bella’s artistry, offering an intimate glimpse into the emotional world that defines her forthcoming debut album. The single sets the tone for PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY, a cinematic coming-of-age project that blends surreal fairytale imagery with deeply personal storytelling – pre-save the album HERE. Through the single’s rollout and music video, Bella introduces listeners to “The Bigheads,” her hand-drawn characters that guide the narrative of her debut album through healing, girlhood, and transformation, which are further brought to life in the song’s official music video.

Bella explains that her single "'Ribcage’ is really about my struggle with mental health and trying to protect myself from being stuck in a warped reality. Writing this song helped me process a lot of emotions I didn’t fully understand before. It’s a very honest piece of me, and it felt like the right way to begin this new chapter.”

Bella shares a look into her mind in the captivating visual. “I created the character Tooth to represent all the teeth I put under my pillow when I was a child. The tooth fairy never came, and I was left with a collection of teeth imprisoned under my pillow. I created the characters, called Bigheads, to personify each song. A lot of the stories in my past are pretty dark, but I’m able to retell them through a different lens with this world I’ve built.”

With “Ribcage," Bella Poarch introduces her next chapter and further establishes herself as a compelling voice in dark pop defined by honesty and imagination.

To further announce PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY, Bella will be hosting a Twitch performance art live stream today at 12 pm PT / 3 pm ET. Bella will paint her “Bigheads” live, bringing the album’s world-building to life in real time while revealing the intention behind the album title, and teaseing the release timing within the artwork, all while interacting with fans in real time.

Bella continues to build momentum toward her debut album PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY. She graced the cover of Vogue Philippines, further cementing her presence across music and fashion. Bella made a series of high-profile appearances, most recently serving as an in-show presenter at Wednesday’s Billboard Women in Music Awards, walking Red Carpets like the Fashion Trust U.S. Gala earlier this month, sitting front row at Gucci during the two most recent Milan Fashion Weeks, and walking in this year’s AHA Red Dress Concert. Her work continues to resonate across pop culture, including her recent renditions of “Zombie” and “Don’t Fear the Reaper,” both featured in Netflix’s Wednesday.
