Pulp have released their first album in nearly 24 years today (6 June)

More just in…

The new album is out now!

Pulp have released their first album in nearly 24 years today (6 June) ahead of kicking off their UK and Ireland arena tour - & they have a little surprise for fans attending.

Recorded late in 2024 with producer James Ford, More is Pulp’s eighth studio album and features the singles Spike Island and Got to Have Love. The album has been universally acclaimed by critics prior to release and is now available to buy and stream worldwide.

“The day an album is released to the public is a very special day” says Jarvis, “The music changes from being something owned only by the band to something that can be owned by anyone - it can become part of people’s lives. It’s magic.”

More also heralds the start of Pulp’s biggest ever tour, with the first show taking place at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro tomorrow (7 June, see full dates below), and (here comes The Surprise) the band are marking their return live and on record with a special edition of More only available to fans attending the shows.

On sale at the band’s merch stands at each venue, the Tour Edition vinyl edition of the album, that comes with a bespoke commemorative ticket, is only available at the venue where it was purchased. Only 250 copies will be sold at each show.

A special Sheffield edition of the album is available in select record shops across the city this week.

Other editions of More – including a few of the one-off colour vinyl designs hand-picked by Jarvis – are still available via the band’s website. Visit our online shop for details.

If you are looking for a truly immersive experience, the band and Dragonfly Tea have brewed a special Sencha-style green tea – available to order now

Pulp’s UK & Irish tour dates are as follows:

June 7th – Glasgow, OVO Hydro

June 10th – Dublin, 3Arena

June 13th – London, The O2

June 14th – London, The O2

June 19th – Birmingham, Utilita Arena

June 21st – Manchester, Co-op Live

Please note shows will start promptly at 8pm, will feature an interval and there is no support act, with the exception of the Dublin show, which will start at 8.30pm following a support set from Lisa O’Neill.
