New York’s The Knocks and France’s Yelle shared the handiest, infectious French language class All the time / Tout le temps” and music video in advance of the PARIS 2024 Olympics, and today we’ll get to broaden the palette with googly eyes’ remix HERE.

Yelle states: "The Knocks offered me the opportunity to relay the easiest French attitude lesson possible! I love how immediate the collaboration was, and how immediate this song is, a very liberating moment of badass head banging!"

The Knocks add: “We’ve been huge fans of Yelle for a long time! Their songs were serious staples for us as DJs coming up in downtown Manhattan. One time they came by our studio in Chinatown almost 10 years ago and we made a track we never finished, but years later we finally reconnected for this new song and it feels like the perfect combination of our 2 styles.”

The Knocks’ latest release featuring UK’s Dolores Forever, “LOVER”, an ode to self-love, was released last month with tremendous success.

Yelle also composed and produced the music for the PARIS 2024 Olympic Games broadcast across Europe on Max, Discovery+, and Eurosport. This music will reach 47 countries and over 350 million viewers. Listen here.

About The Knocks:
The prolific GRAMMY-nominated and multi-platinum-selling NYC dance music luminaries deliver a carefree electronic sound that draws from disco, house, hip hop, soul, indie, and pop.

Comprised of James Patterson and Ben Ruttner, the duo produce a dizzying array of danceable, New York-inspired music, bringing their sold out DJ sets and live electronic performances around the world. With more than 2.5 billion streams across platforms and consistent chart success, The Knocks have released 3 full-length albums, 5 EPs, and performed their hit singles on US late-night TV shows including Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Seth Meyers.  Known for their collaborative prowess, the guys have worked with artists across the musical spectrum, ranging from indie [Foster The People, MGMT, MUNA], hip hop [Cam'ron, Wyclef, Method Man], dance [Purple Disco Machine, ODESZA, SOFI TUKKER], and pop [Billie Eilish, Carly Rae Jepsen, Charli XCX].

About Yelle:
Yelle has been modernizing pop music for 19 years now! 4 amazing albums, many world tours, some EPs and collabs and remixes, Julie Budet and Jean François Perrier have never stopped moving things forward. Every challenge is an opportunity. Our divided society has been forced to reflect on a global scale, and in this surreal moment, we have a chance to reshape humanity in a kinder, gentler, and more intelligent light.

Bred in the mid 2000s blogosphere, the French band's primary color disco was impossible to ignore. Jean-François (GrandMarnier) Perrier's gritty synths mixed with Julie (Yelle) Budet's sunny cheers. The pair was joined by fellow producer Tepr on their debut album Pop Up. The candy-colored collection was cocky, sexually-charged and ready to party. Language was no barrier for the infectious synth-pop hooks and eye-catching videos, and Yelle soon brought its buoyant party to stages around the world.

The duo's fourth studio album L'ère du verseau (The Age of Aquarius) celebrated YELLE’s evolution with sophisticated style. With three albums under its belt, Yelle took a pause. They released four singles in two years, while the duo considered what Yelle's next chapter could be. They embraced warm sounds and introspective lyrics as the fast life gave way to a kind of poetry. Unrushed and created in comfortable spontaneity, they suddenly realized they'd created a cohesive story. L'ère du verseau is a rich progression, exemplified perfectly in the album's lead single “Je T'aime Encore.” Taken at face-value, it's a bittersweet love song, but buried in its rhymes lies the complex relationship between Yelle and its native country. Their last song was “Topfan” in January 2023.
