The accompanying video directed by David Wilson, sees Mabel and Shygirl unpick the male gaze, flipping well-known cultural moments dating back to Eve and the Forbidden Fruit. Produced by MXM and Wolf Cousins, the powerful single marks a new era for Mabel which sees her at her most authentic and unapologetic.   Speaking about the single and video Mabel reveals, “This record is about questioning the male gaze and the power of the divine feminine.
