The pair are celebrating with blowout sets at fabric in London tonight.  Hud Mo’s Healthfarm studio in Echo Park, Los Angeles is back with gusto — after forging THE club weapon of the Summer, Set The Roof, Hud Mo and Nikki Nair return with a vengeance. Having destroyed crowds in their sets and on tracklists of Björk, Elkka, VTSS, Lala, Salute and a chosen few who stole the early demos… videos have proven this unassuming collection of chipmunked rave can nearly collapse rooms and summer festivals alike. “Wait A Minute” sees our heroes dexterously ballet and shuffle around a landmark house acapella, while “Generator” sees the duo flex and cement a cold hard fact — breakbeats & piano are indeed soulmates. Equal parts wistful and cute, the belle of the ball, “Long Ago”, reminds us that summer raves are nearly over but memories are eternal and Dance Dance Revolution is here for us year-round. This all follows a huge year for both artists that saw Hud Mo release Cry Sugar, his acclaimed third full-length album, and dominate TikTok for a few weeks with his accidental anthem for bad sex ("Cbat"). Meanwhile Atlanta stalwart Nikki Nair continued to garner notability, releasing highly regarded singles with Studio Barnhus, VISION, and Sam Binga's Pineapple Records which featured in two annual Pitchfork round-ups (Best Electronic Music of 2022 and 25 New and Rising Artists Shaping the Future of Music in 2023).
