JOJI plays LA this week

Last year, Joji aka George Miller released his debut album BALLADS 1 via 88rising.  The album went on to top the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop albums chartmaking Joji the first Asian-born artist to go #1 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Its safe to say that Joji is a superstar in the making -- already commanding 10+ million followers & subscribers with a total of 1+ BILLION views across all his videos. 

He's an incredible natural content creator (the originator of the "Harlem Shake" phenomenon), and has multiple viral appearances on shows like Hot Ones. Since its release last year, his "SLOW DANCING IN THE DARK" music video reached the Top Trending spot on YouTube, with over 38M views since release. Joji just performed the song to a SOLD OUT crowd in London, who screamed the song right back at him word-for-word. Additionally, the song has over 86M streams on Spotify and counting and at one point sat at #2 on the US Viral 50 Spotify chart. Joji's debut album BALLADS 1 has seen support from The FADER, The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, PAPER, Office Mag, Billboard, TIME and many many more on the written side of things.

This week, on Thursday, January 31 and Friday, February 1, Joji is set to play the material from BALLADS 1 live in Los Angeles at EL Rey Theatre. This will be Joji's first headlining performance in LA and both shows are already SOLD OUT. Should make for a special night.
