Dua Lipa Releases Video For "Last Dance"
First U.S. Shows Planned For SXSW 2016
Today, Dua Lipa releases the video for 'Last Dance,' the track that had
Noisey comparing Dua to "...a mini-Rihanna: ballsy, beautiful, and possessing a voice that's powerful one minute and magnetically vulnerable the next."
'Last Dance' was written by Dua with Talay Riley (Jess Glynne, Chris Brown) in Toronto and was produced by Koz (Kendrick Lamar, Madonna, Nicki Minaj).
Digitally released just last week, the track has already appeared on Vulture's Best New Songs of The Week and has V Magazine noting that you should "Be sure to keep watch on this one." While Idolator warns "The flirty synth-pop tune will immediately hit you at your waistline, thanks to the 20-year-old's sultry and bold vocals topped above a fluttering dance-heavy production."
Following her sold out debut UK tour, Dua has recently confirmed that her first U.S. shows will take place at this year's SXSW Music Festival. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.
