For her sixth annual Christmas release, Sara Noelle brings a wintry original ambient track, "I Am Falling Snow," paired with a warm saxophone-accented rendition of "Winter
Wonderland.” Sara worked with frequent collaborators this holiday season, producer Dan
Duszynski and artist/animator Kelsey Boncato.

“I felt drawn to creating a more ambient, contemplative track this Christmas. I liked the idea of imagining yourself as falling snow, weightless and one with the winter atmosphere. And for the cover, it’s always fun to reimagine a classic Christmas song. With “Winter Wonderland,” we slowed it down a bit and focused on the ‘walking’ and ‘wandering’ feelings of it, and the sax adds a smooth jazzy feeling. The two paired together are like taking a reflective walk after Christmas Eve dinner and then arriving back to a warm home, with the fireplace crackling.”

Sara Noelle creates ambient-folk music and has released three albums, Morning MoonCover the Blue and Do I Have to Feel Everything, the latter two recorded and produced by Dan Duszynski at Dandy Sounds studios in Dripping Springs, TX. Her June 2025 single,
"Weather Vane," was accompanied by a full-length animated video from illustrator and artist Kelsey Boncato, a frequent collaborator on multiple videos (including for singles "Blooming Yucca" and "Color of Light on the Water").

For the past six years, Sara has recorded annual original holiday songs, including "I’ll Sleep ‘Til Christmas" and "Christmas at Sea," all of which have appeared on best-of lists.
"Noelle's songs aren't haunted, but the electronic atmospherics paired with her treated voice make her songs sound like they come from somewhere else, even while they sound very human," wrote New Orleans-based music journalist Alex Rawls.

Sara is also the creator of Lyrics as Poetry, a print-only literary journal that spotlights the work of songwriters, where lyrics can be appreciated on their own, as art on the printed page. More than 150 songwriters have been featured and 90 journalists and writers have contributed original prose pieces. Copies have been stocked in 40-plus stores in the U.S. and abroad. And, now heading towards its fourth year, the annual Lyrics as Poetry Live showcase in Austin brings the ethos of the print journal to a live audience with featured performers.
“Ultimately Lyrics as Poetry is a simple idea done very well, as all good things generally are," noted magCulture.
