Praise for Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds live shows:

“The Bad Seeds are without a doubt one of the most consistently exhilarating live acts in the biz, a band worthy of any discerning rock fan’s bucket list.” - Pitchfork

“Few who've seen them would argue that The Bad Seeds aren't the most explosive, charismatic live band going.” - Exclaim!

“It wasn’t just that Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds were excellent, it was that they crossed that invisible but barely-attainable line into something quite astonishing, memorable and life-affirming. The same rarefied air that the likes of Bowie and Prince used to soar in…As a performance, a display of stagecraft and glorious musicianship, this was of the most exemplary standard.”- Louder Than War

“He's right up there amongst the best frontmen of this or any generation. No one on the circuit can both command and terrify a crowd quite like Nick Cave.”  - The Dallas Observer

“Cave live is a masterclass in giving a shit, and it's no wonder he's the sort of act people see dozens of times in their life. By the end, he had hordes of the audience on stage with him…They are with him as he is with them, and the only regret I have in finally n cottoning on to him is that, suddenly, every other artist I loved seeing live now seems a little meh.” - GQ

“Melodic carnage, transcendental lyrics, cathartic delivery of immeasurable intensity, and an aura of divine communion between Him and his flock can be expected and delivered.” - Popmatters

“It was beyond moving… it was Cave’s genuine emotion that filled the air; we breathed it in together, and we all moved on, just a little…Cave earned his second standing ovation of the night, and we were ejected into the darkness to sit side by side with our battered sensibilities….he poured out his heart, but in the end, we were all together. That night, we shared it with him.” - Rolling Stone Australia

“As with all Bad Seeds shows the night comes as close to a religious experience any atheist will encounter…” - Hotpress

Praise for Wild God:

“a suite of songs that are in equal measure elegiac and ecstatic… the record is an entire ecosystem of sound - and elation…there’s a sense of abandon and play to Wild God that’s infectious.” (3.5 /4) - Rolling Stone

“[Wild God] is a high point in Cave's career” NPR Music

“(Wild God is) a record of furious energy…But it is a rapturous album.” GQ

“It’s an album that feels like an embrace.” Apple News

“Cave has never sounded better. In song and lyrics that feel more vulnerable than any wedding or funeral song he’s recorded, Cave’s voice has achieved an easy resonance that feels like a fulfillment of what he’s always strived for.” Creem
