summoned by Oliver Ackermann of A Place To Bury Strangers/Death By Audio’s new label, Dedstrange.

The previous and original concept for the video before this one was a live performance at “Kashmir”.
Trees was luckily able to find an Echo Chamber for sale, a day before the gig, that he purchased for 300 PHP/$5 and brought and tried out for the first time ever in this performance.
This was the loudest gig they have played, says everybody. Trees and fellow guitarist Ritz, organized an event called “SIKE!” at a local bar called “Kashmir”, for local psyche bands in Manila. Sadly, the gig was cut short due to a noise complaint by the local police. Oddly enough, local bands in Manila don’t usually get noise complaints in that area. The bar’s manager even wanted to have a fist fight with Trees. He declined and told the bar manager it would be a waste of time, and proceeded to go outside for a cigarette with the rest of the bands and friends in attendance. Everybody went home happy.
Eazyhead compensated a band that did not get to play anymore, was not paid for the gig, but was paid in an amazing look into the band’s live performance, courtesy of drummer Giro Alva’s long time girlfriend, Aira Ascaño.
Having been banned from the bar and called by the cops after that evening, Eazyhead says they can now be cemented as “THE LOUDEST BAND IN THE PHILIPPINES”.
