This summer, rising rapper and producer skaiwater is set to support acclaimed rapper and singer BKtheRula, on 11 dates of her North American “I Just Wanna Be Me Tour.” skaiwater is set to join the Atlanta artist on her San Diego show on June 16th before concluding in Denver on July 2nd. This year, skaiwater has released several notable tracks, including “light!” featuring Lil Nas X, produced by 9lives, which explores young love and hidden toxicity. “light!” went on to garner praise from Rolling Stone, Complex, BET, Essence, and Them, and to date has amassed nearly half a million views. Soon after skaiwater shared "bleach," a track blending energetic rap and smooth vocals, showcasing their resilience and vulnerability. In 2022, skaiwater experienced a breakout year with the release of their 11-track project, rave.
