2015 is officially off and running for They Might Be Giants and is set to be a massive year, with two albums slated for release, national and international touring taking them across the world, and the return of Dial-A-Song for the digital age. But that is just the beginning! With a career always full of unlikely innovation, They Might Be Giants’ most notorious creation Dial-A-Song is officially back in action! Originally launched in 1983 out of John Flansburgh’s Brooklyn kitchen via a consumer answering machine, Dial-A-Song let listeners in on the latest and greatest from the band years before their career took off on a national level. Now, for all of 2015, the Brooklyn originals return to their high concept/no budget idea with a toll free number at (844) 387-6962 as well as via the web at www.DialASong.com.

Always adapting yet maintaining the innovative spirit of the original, the 2015 Dial-A-Song reboot comes to life with a new track debuting every Monday night on Slate’s “The Gist” podcast with Mike Pesca for the entirety of 2015. The following Tuesday morning, the tracks go to the site, to YouTube, iTunes, and all other digital retailers. The songs will also be played on over 100 radio stations via the Dial-A-Song Radio Network. Those that prefer a download can join the band’s Dial-A-Song Direct service on Drip.fm and get the whole year's worth of tracks for just 30 bucks.

The first Dial-A-Song of 2015 “Erase” premiered with Slate’s “The Gist” podcast and is available at iTunes and Amazon today. A video for “Erase” was created by international graphic design superstar Paul Sahre and is available to post & shareHERE

They Might Be Giants celebrate Brooklyn and keep the home fires burning with a monthly stand at Music Hall of Williamsburg, beginning with their sold-out show on January 25th. To keep things interesting the band is doing something extra for all the upcoming shows: February’s theme is First Album, March is Flood, April is a Dial-A-Song special playing all the latest tracks from the project, May is The Else (!!!).... and more to be announced. They have also announced their Dial-A-Song Across America Tour which will take them to Seattle, Portland OR, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas, Austin, Cleveland, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Madison, and many many more. See below for all announced dates!
