Los Angeles psych-champions, Dead Meadow have announced a North American tour. Starting at the end of this month and continuing until early March, the tour will see the group hit both coasts as well as major Canadian markets.
Following an extensive tour of Europe, the upcoming dates will mark the first U.S. jaunt in support of newly released double-album, Warble Womb (Xemu Records). A massive sonic work, Warble Womb encompasses over 75 minutes of original Dead Meadow material. The songs take the trio’s love of 60’s and 70’s “head” music across pastoral meditative passages to full blown amplifier worship. The album gained the attention of publications such as Rolling Stone, The A.V. Club, Magnet, Noisey, Diffuser and more.
