FLAG ANNOUNCE NORTH AMERICAN TOUR DATES PUNK PROGENITORS KEITH MORRIS, CHUCK DUKOWSKI, DEZ CADENA, BILL STEVENSON, AND STEPHEN EGERTON PERFORMING THE MUSIC OF BLACK FLAG AT VENUES ACROSS THE US SEE THE QUINTET PLAY "MY WAR" AT THE REDONDO BEACH MOOSE LODGE WHERE BLACK FLAG MADE THEIR 1979 DEBUT: http://youtu.be/UNTE7TXhv9c FLAG, the band composed of Black Flag original members Keith Morris, Chuck Dukowski, Dez Cadena, Bill Stevenson, and Descendents guitarist Stephen Egerton, have announced tour dates throughout the US in the coming months. The group, recently kickstarted as a vehicle to perform the genre defining (and defying) music of their former band, just wrapped up festival dates in Europe as well as a debut show at the same Moose Lodge in Redondo Beach where Black Flag made their first appearance in 1979 (see footage here). Befitting of the multiple eras of the band that comprise the lineup, the quintet pull from all eras of Black Flag's songbook, with vocal duties being exchanged by Keith and Dez (who also contributes guitar) at various points through the set.
