Portrayal of Guilt announce new album …Beginning of the End, a curious title for a band that has treated each release like a new creative start, constantly reinventing themselves since their inception less than a decade ago. …Beginning of the End embraces both the groove and avant garde, revisiting the raw, teeth-gnashing intensity of their previous work while toying with nu-metal, alternative rock, trip hop, dark ambient and other disparate influences. The latest effort feels like a band that has traversed every shadowy corner of heavy music, distilling their decade of innovation and knowledge into a singular show of force.

Portrayal of Guilt share their first preview of …Beginning of the End with lead singles “Ecstasy” and “Human Terror" which together capture the album’s dynamic, expansive direction. Both are available across streaming platforms today via Run For Cover alongside a classic, sinister video for “Ecstasy”, directed by Craig Murray, and a visualizer for “Human Terror”.

Throughout the years, the revered Austin trio have toured the world over, creating their own musical eco-system and released three seminal full-length albums, they have done it in a manner that avoided compromise, welcomed free experimentation and avoided labels outside of "menacing," “compelling” and “must hear.”

Portrayal of Guilt made an immediate impact in underground circles with their debut Let Pain Be Your Guide by mixing nihilistic hardcore, black metal, classic screamo, and imaginative textures. We Are Always Alone and CHRISTF*CKER LPs followed in 2021, the band’s breakout body blows that corroded the band’s commitment to genre, nodding at industrial music, post-metal, sludge and even post-hardcore, all while cementing the band’s tendencies toward experimentalism. Portrayal of Guilt’s fearless spirit reimagined their own sound as classical (Devil Music EP) and EBM / goth (CHRISTF*CKER II) on more recent efforts. And though the pacing of releases and the band’s evolution has remained steady, Portrayal of Guilt’s execution has kept their audiences hungry for the band’s ever-evolving sound.

…Beginning of the End was recorded and mixed by Phillip Odom between March-June 2025 with mastering handled by Will Yip. It’s Portrayal of Guilt’s fourth studio album in eight years, and third with Run For Cover

Portrayal of Guilt have also announced a North American headlining Spring tour which starts with a hometown send off show May 9 at Mohawk in Austin. The run crosses East Coast, Midwest with pageninetynine, Taraneh, Halloween and The Infinity Ring supporting select dates. Tickets are on sale Friday, March 6 at 10AM Local Here. GORILLAZ

North American Tour Fall 2026

New Album The Mountain Out Now

General On-Sale Begins Monday, March 9 at 10am Local Time

Following months of speculation and anticipation — as well as a pair of L.A. shows playing new album The Mountain in its entirety and the US opening of their House of Kong exhibition — Gorillaz have confirmed details of their first extensive North American tour since 2022. Produced by Live Nation, the tour will see the world’s most successful virtual act once again brought to life on these shores by Gorillaz co-creators Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, with Albarn joined onstage by the Gorillaz live band and some very special guest performers. The newly announced series of 22 sure-to-be-unforgettable arena dates across the U.S. and Canada (plus a headline appearance at the Shaky Knees festival) begins September 17 in Orlando, FL and wraps up with a Halloween night finale in Seattle, WA. Little Simz will join Gorillaz on the majority of the dates, with Deltron 3030 appearing on all shows.

The Gorillaz live experience hailed by ROLLING STONE as “an overwhelming pop spectacle, with Damon Albarn’s steady presence to keep the audience focused” draws on a quarter century of genre-bending, paradigm-shifting, consistently innovative musical brilliance. Since their creation at the hands of Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, singer 2D, bassist Murdoc Niccals, guitarist Noodle and drummer Russel Hobbs have amassed an unparalleled arsenal of classic tunes including “Feel Good Inc.,” “Clint Eastwood,” “On Melancholy Hill,” “DARE,” “Dirty Harry,” “Stylo,” “Kids with Guns,” “Tomorrow Comes Today,” “Rhinestone Eyes” and literally dozens more. The BRIT and GRAMMY Award winning band’s latest album The Mountain was released February 27 on their own new independent KONG label, preceded by joyously received singles “The Happy Dictator (featuring Sparks),” “The Manifesto (featuring Trueno and Proof),” “The God of Lying (featuring IDLES),” “Damascus (featuring Omar Souleyman and Yasiin Bey)” and “Orange County (featuring Bizarrap, Kara Jackson & Anoushka Shankar)”/ “The Hardest Thing (featuring Tony Allen).” The Mountain is the latest instalment in the towering Gorillaz discography that includes Gorillaz (2001), Demon Days (2005), Plastic Beach (2010), The Fall (2011), Humanz (2017), The Now Now (2018), Song Machine – Season One: Strange Timez (2020), and Cracker Island (2023).

A truly global phenomenon, Gorillaz have achieved success in entirely groundbreaking and unique ways, touring the world from San Diego to Syria, Montevideo to Manchester and winning numerous awards including the coveted Jim Henson Creativity Honor. The band is recognized by The Guinness Book Of World Records as the planet’s Most Successful Virtual Act.

'Thin Wild Mercury: Dylan 1966' exhibit opens July 18, 2026 at Bob Dylan Center in Tulsa, OK

THIN WILD MERCURY: DYLAN 1966
OPENS JULY 18, 2026 AT BOB DYLAN CENTER

Multimedia exhibition finds sunglassed superstar recording “Blonde on Blonde,”
touring the world with The Band, impacting pop culture with Andy Warhol.

March 3, 2026 — Tulsa’s Bob Dylan Center announces its latest exhibition, “Thin Wild Mercury: Dylan 1966,” opening Saturday, July 18 in the center’s Parker Brothers Gallery and running through January 31, 2027.
“Thin Wild Mercury: Dylan 1966” is an immersive multimedia exhibition that captures the spectacle, power and fury of Dylan’s landmark year following his controversial electric performance at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival.
From his fall 1965 US concert dates with The Band, to the recording and release of “Blonde on Blonde” and the writing of his first novel, “Tarantula,” to the raucous and defiant 1966 World Tour, “Thin Wild Mercury: Dylan 1966” features numerous never-before-seen manuscripts, photographs and newly restored film footage from the era.
Along the way, visitors will experience Dylan’s emergence as a cool and at times combative rock star, rubbing shoulders with the likes of The Beatles, The Stones, Marlon Brando, Françoise Hardy and Andy Warhol, who captured Dylan in two iconic yet seldom-seen screen tests. Visitors will be able to make their own screen tests by way of an interactive Screen Test Machine, on loan from The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh.
“The year following Newport is one of the most visually and musically exciting periods of Dylan’s long career,” says exhibition curator Mark Davidson. “With his wild hair, impenetrable sunglasses, and hip tailored suits, Dylan was unequaled in style and attitude. And yet, he bristled at being called a pop star, sparring with the press and audiences alike. It was Dylan and The Band against the world.”
Highlights include:
  • Original “Blonde on Blonde” lyrics including “I Want You” and “One of Us Must Know (Sooner or Later)”
  • Original typescript drafts from “Tarantula” and associated writings from his mid-’60s oeuvre
  • Never-before-seen photos and documents and footage from the 1966 World Tour
  • Brand-new hourlong film program featuring never-before-seen footage and newly conducted interviews with key figures from the era including Jerry Schatzberg, Richard Alderson and Harvey Brooks
Center members are invited to preview the exhibition at an opening reception on Friday, July 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. Davidson will walk guests through the galleries, introduce the film program and demonstrate the Screen Test Machine.

An additional opening weekend event for members and the public will be announced soon.
“Thin Wild Mercury: Dylan 1966” is generously supported by Presenting Sponsors Bob and Debbie Russell.

(March 3, 2026) -- Multi-sensory storyteller Yeek announces his forthcoming EP Zodiac, arriving on March 20th via Stem. The announcement is paired with his new single “Felt A Spark,” and a visualizer co-directed by Sebastian Caradang and Michael Figueroa, closely following the previously shared single “Stayin’ Low.” On “Felt A Spark,” Yeek offers a downtempo alt-pop anthem expressing the tension of developing attachment and the intimacy of connection amidst an age of increasingly digital love.

Zodiac simultaneously arrives with the Spring Equinox in the Year of the Fire Horse, a rare 60-year energetic cycle referencing the creative force of innovation, bold independence and grounding balance seated within Yeek’s Chinese zodiac sign. The new music marks an intentional alignment of both sonic evolution and personal growth anchoring his creative approach. The collection of songs comprises his DIY-forward sound from electronic-tinged indie cuts and refined dance production to spacious bouts of cloud-like electro-pop, r&b and the many sonic territories charted throughout his career. Organically built as a progression of his past work, he's cultivated an intimate EP centered on the continuous craftwork of progressive sounds with hand-picked collaborators in Mundane and Saru Libey.

Yeek is a Filipino-American, Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary artist whose work spans music, film, and visual art. A singer, songwriter, producer, director, and filmmaker, Yeek has released seven albums and EPs and directed his short film "Move", carving out a world that’s DIY at its core and cinematic in execution as he continues to push culture through deeply personal and immersive creativity. Touché Amoré Announce 'Stage Four' 10 Year Anniversary Edition, Listen To "Rapture (Gloom Version)" Feat. Wisp

Touché Amoré Announce Stage Four
10 Year Anniversary Edition
Out April 10 Via Epitaph

Share "Rapture (Gloom Version)” Feat. Wisp
Anniversary Tour Starts This Spring

Touché Amoré is marking a decade of their groundbreaking album Stage Four with a deluxe anniversary reissue arriving digitally on April 10th. The expanded edition features eleven new tracks, including unreleased demos and remixes with artists Cody Votolato (The Blood Brothers), Youth Code and Kerry McCoy (Deafheaven). Lead single “Rapture (Gloom Edition)”, a tender collaboration featuring Wisp, is out today. Stripped to a lo-fi acoustic pulse, Jeremy Bolm’s hushed vocals meet Wisp’s angelic harmonies, turning a once devastating anthem into a fragile, ethereal glow. Check it out below:

Listen to “Rapture (Gloom Version)” Feat. Wisp HERE

The limited-edition vinyl release consists of 4 discs pressed on square records: each on exclusive colorways.  The albums are housed in a clear pink slipcase with new artwork, diecut sleeves, diecut labels and a large double-sided poster.

Frontman Jeremy Bolm comments: “ ‘Rapture’ is a staple in our set and has been since the album dropped. Over time, the call and response bit that happens during the bridge has become as much of our show as anything else. I wanted to get Wisp on this track because I’m a big fan of Natalie’s vocal ability for its whispery, breathy nature. It has a haunting element that matched the energy of the song.”

Bolm continues: “ ‘Stage Four’ was a mandatory album for my journey with grief, and the impact it’s had on the band as well as our audience - however heavy or light - feels worth celebrating.”

Recorded in early 2016 with producer Brad WoodStage Four is Touché Amoré's most unflinching and artistic statement, earning praise from Pitchfork as a "harrowing and unrelenting record." The cathartic, sentimental, and sonically triumphant album marked a pivotal moment in the band's career, balancing dreams and loss as singer Jeremy Bolm navigated personal tragedy. Four records in, it solidified Touché Amoré's reputation as one of rock music's most talented, relatable, and visceral acts.

Formed in Burbank, California across 2007 and 2008, the band’s urgent sound, with its melodic sonic assault and impassioned vocals, has grown tighter and more refined through six full-length albums and a series of EP’s and releases. Since those early days, lead singer Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Nick Steinhardt and Clayton Stevens, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin have created a trajectory for themselves through hard work and dedication.

This spring the band will celebrate this landmark anniversary by embarking on an April US tour and a June EU run where they will play ‘Stage Four’ in full. A handful of European festival appearances are on the books as well, including Primavera Sound, Outbreak Fest and more. All upcoming dates are listed below.
