(June 26, 2026) - French-Cuban twin duo Ibeyi release their new album Offering today, marking the beginning of a new chapter as independent artists. Alongside the release of the album, they also share the visualizer for “Hurry Hurry,” directed by Thomas Leprovost.
Offering arrives as an act of release and reinvention. Where past work explored manifestation and intention, this new body of work embraces surrender, letting go of expectations, ego, and the need for certainty. Across 12 tracks, Naomi Diaz and Lisa-Kaindé Diaz chart a journey of rediscovery, creating a body of work that reflects who they are, who they have been, and who they are becoming.
Created independently, Offering finds Ibeyi expanding their creative process and stepping into new territory. Collaborating with a diverse group of producers and musicians, the sisters step back from their traditional roles on percussion and piano, allowing the music to move freely between heavy bass, percussive depth, delicate harmonies, and moments of striking intimacy. Sung across English, French, Spanish, and Yoruba, the album retains the unmistakable spirit that has defined Ibeyi's work while pushing their sound toward new possibilities.
The project also marks a deeply personal return home. All accompanying visuals were filmed on location in Havana alongside local artists, musicians, and members of their community, showing an intimate portrait of the Cuba that continues to shape their identity and creative vision.
More than a decade into their career, Ibeyi are no longer seeking validation or definition. Offering captures a moment of transformation—an album rooted in vulnerability, faith, and the courage to evolve.
In support of the album, Ibeyi will embark on a North American tour beginning January 27, 2027, in San Francisco before making stops in Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Atlanta, Miami, and more.
