(June 23, 2026) - Ahead of the release of her new album Lifetime out this Friday, Los Angeles singer-songwriter Harmony Tividad shares the titletrack. “Lifetime” explores the everchanging nature of life, juxtaposing the spirit of corporations like Hallmark and Walmart with the sensitive and complex flow of living. “Lifetime” arrives with a tender music video directed by Amalia Irons and Max Harper portraying Harmony with her mother, Wendy Lebel-Tividad. Lifetime also includes the previously shared singles “Best Dressed,” “Mulholland Drive” and “I’m Still Learning How To Leave You,” all of which arrived with music videos tinged with the spirit and iconic backdrop of California. Harmony recently sat with Paste Magazine to discuss the making of Lifetime, what being in Girlpool taught her, and how the environment that surrounds her influences her art.

Speaking about "Lifetime," Harmony shares, "’Lifetime’ came to me on a day where I had to help someone in my family with a chronic health condition... it was very destabilizing and I had limited support at the moment it was happening. I got home after helping them and was so disoriented by the chaos of living that I sat down and wrote this song within an hour. I immediately knew it was the title track of the album I had been working on."

Between Harmony’s mercurial storytelling and colorful lifestyle, Lifetime tells a story of the endless cycle of becoming in the modern world. Across the album’s twelve tracks, Harmony explores the constants of life while also holding space for the inevitably transitional nature of it. Lifetime is about the pursuit of freedom and a life on one’s own terms. Even if those terms are being re-written daily. Last year, Harmony shared the songs “Apple Pie,” “Where Strangers Go” and “Anything” all of which will appear on the forthcoming album, as well.

This August, Harmony will join Babymorocco as support on select shows. Full routing below and tickets available HERE

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Harmony Tividad is a songwriter originally known as one half of canonical indie band Girlpool. Renowned for her sharp wit and poignant lyrics, she’s established herself as one of the most distinctive voices in the scene. Her forthcoming album Lifetime, executive produced by Yves Rothman, is a Hollywood heartbreak for the new age. Written across transitional years of her life from before Girlpool’s hiatus until the album's recent completion, Lifetime is imbued with emotional fervor, spiritual relocation and existential awareness.
