Otis Kane, the genre-bending-disruptor from LA, is heating up the music scene with his latest single "Honey" with Sugar Joans. Infusing throwback R&B/Pop grooves with a fresh California vibe, Kane has already amassed tens of millions of streams and is poised to ignite even more movement with this infectious track.
"I wrote Honey with one of my close friends Sugar Joans. We were sitting in my studio thinking about song ideas, and as soon as I started playing the main guitar line, she sang ‘Honeyyy, you stick to me like Honey.’ The rest of the song wrote itself.
We’ve all had that intoxicating connection that isn’t perfect, but when it’s right, it is everything. I brought my friends, Ced Mitchell and Jeremiah Sutton, in to add bass and guitar flavor on the outro to accentuate Sugar’s ad-libs. I’m super excited for the world to hear this record, I love having three of my favorite creatives in one place!"
