Today, Swedish artist, producer and metaphysical visionary Varg2TM continues to redefine the blueprint of electronic music with the release of his latest single, “Lucky” featuring Eartheater and Earth -LISTEN HERE. The new release comes as the fourth single from his forthcoming album, Nordic Flora Series Pt. 6: Outlaw Music, out April 4th via influential indie label YEAR0001. “Lucky” brings a more intimate and tender side of the desolate, yet comforting, universe  Varg2TM has crafted throughout the process of orchestrating the final chapter of his Nordic Flora Series to light. Eartheater’s vocals hauntingly alternating between comforting whispers and banshee-like shrieking over the track’s plucked guitar melody and ethereal synth pad evoke a sense of mysticism reminiscent of medieval folklore. Her ominous lyrics gracefully drifting away into the abyss of an echoing violin section introduce a new element of nature that stands out from previously released singles, “Hitty,” "Illusions 1996” and “Pose1don.” In addition to the groundbreaking producer’s magnum opus being on the way, new shows have been added to his international tour which started on March 17th and will be running through August 10th with stops in London, New York, Los Angeles, Prague, Shanghai, Beijing and more to be announced soon -UPDATES HERE.

Nordic Flora Series Pt. 6: Outlaw Music comes as the sixth installment of Varg2TM’s Nordic Flora Series and was co-produced and mixed by Yves Rothman (Amaarae, Yves Tumor, Blondshell, Eartheater). Originally started in 2016, the series gave rise to Varg2TM’s signature anarchic sound where trap and EDM are rebelliously meshed with ambient and electric-acoustic experimentation without concern for the limitations imposed by conventional genres. The series fed directly into the creation of the prolific producer’s own label Cease 2 Exist, which was inaugurated in 2020. Giving space to explore frenetic hyperpop crossed with trap, and all the while nodding to Sweden's EDM culture, Varg2™ has made perfect sense of his incomprehensible mix of collaborators and tastes. With his twisting cutting edge aesthetic and taste for wry melancholy, along with slew of culture shifting features including the likes of Eartheater, Skrillex, RX Papi, Bladee, Ecco2K, and more, Varg2TM is sure to have a breakout year and solidify himself as one of the most influential artists on the future of pop music’s landscape for the forthcoming generations ahead.
