MILL VALLEY, CA (March 30, 2023) – Local organizers behind the second annual Mill Valley Music Festival are excited to announce today a new lineup of local businesses that will be participating onsite this spring as the outdoor music festival returns to Marin County in the Northern San Francisco Bay Area on May 13-14.
In addition to music performances from headliners Michael Franti & Spearhead (Saturday) and NorCal natives Cake (Sunday), and among other acts like Tank and the Bangas, Durand Jones, The Dip, Black Joe & The Honeybears, and REMAIN IN LIGHT featuring the legendary Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew of the Talking Heads, and more, Mill Valley Music Festival will play host to a new vendor village featuring many of the region’s best artisans, creatives, and designers, as well as nonprofit organizations.
The Manzanita Market will feature home goods and jewelry from Clouds + Ladders, Presh, and Renata Rodrigues; Revery Salon will be offering festival hairdos and braiding; manicures and nail care with Liberation Nails; shirts, jumpsuits, and skirts from TYSA, and so much more including local philanthropy and community-centric organizations like Mountain Play Association and Play Marin.
To help squash out any hunger pangs while onsite at the festival, organizers have not only carefully curated a selection of local restaurants and food trucks featuring the best of Mill Valley's culinary scene, but they have expanded this year’s food lineup to offer food lovers access to nearly a dozen popular culinary destinations. The new additions this year include Zalta, Johnny Doughnuts, Humphry Slocombe, Mariapilar Ice Creamery, and Hopmonk Tavern, while the rest are returning participants from the inaugural event last spring.
Throughout the two-day event, organizers hope that attendees will support these local businesses that collectively help to offer a taste of the good life in Mill Valley, not to mention other to-be-announced attractions including a roller skating rink, kid-friendly activities, immersive art installations, and so much more. Festival patrons are encouraged to bring out the whole family to take a spin around the festival’s site and support local businesses from across the Bay Area.
The newly announced lineup of local food vendors, apparel shops, wellness brands, jewelers, artisans, and other small businesses scheduled to participate at Mill Valley Music Festival 2023 is listed below and available online at MillValleyMusicFest.com:
