“The upbeat synth pop instrumental propels things forward and makes it a recognizable hit upon the first listen.” - UPROXX

“...the fiery, dance-pop banger radiates confidence and independence.” – E! News
Multi-platinum pop phenomenon Zara Larsson is kicking off Women’s History Month with “Can’t Tame Her (The Remixes)” out now via Sommer House/Epic Records. Listen HERE.

Originally debuted in January, EUPHORIA calls the single “an anthem of liberation” and a “celebration of a woman doing what she wants, when she wants, just for the fun of it.” With its glossy, futuristic bounce and shimmering 80s-inspired synths, the track’s upbeat momentum drives towards an immediately-chantable chorus as Zara proclaims, “you can’t tame her!”  Co-written by Zara with long-standing collaborators MNEK and MTHR - plus Grammy-winning US producer Danja (Britney Spears, Timbaland and more), “Can’t Tame Her” introduces Zara’s new era in spectacular, suitably-unstoppable fashion. The track has already garnered 18.9M+ total streams, 6.2M+ total video views and is quickly climbing the charts at pop radio. It marks the first release from her upcoming, third international album, which is also the first for her own Sommer House label in partnership with Epic Records. Having taken control of her entire recording catalogue - which has been streamed over 9 billion times, the still-just-25 year old’s trailblazing deal made headlines worldwide and marks the next chapter for one of Swedish pop’s most exciting international stars. Applauded for having “one of the most unassailable track records in modern pop” (GQ), her star will only continue to rise in 2023.

About Zara Larsson

After generating billions of streams, earning a bevy of multiplatinum certifications, and attracting an ardent global fan base, you’ve most definitely heard Zara Larsson. However, it’s time to really get to know her. In 2016, she asserted herself on the global stage as a vivid songwriter, vibrant voice, and vital force of nature. Leaving her imprint on pop, her platinum 2017 full-length, So Good, emerged as a phenomenon, becoming the “second-most-streamed debut on Spotify by a female artist ever. Meanwhile, she consistently connected with listeners via the likes of the triple-platinum “Never Forget You” with MNEK and the platinum hits—“Lush Life,” “Ain’t My Fault,” and “Symphony” with Clean Bandit. Now a globally recognized superstar, she has notably collected trophies at the Swedish Grammy Awards, Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and MTV EMAs. 2021 saw her release Poster Girl powered by “Ruin My Life,” “Wow,” and “Talk About Love” [feat. Young Thug]. Of the latter, HYPEBEAST proclaimed, “the energetic cut hears the pop artist on the same wavelength with the YSL Records head. Beyond collaborations with everyone from David Guetta, Kygo, Tyga, Ty Dolla $ign, and Sabrina Carpenter, she’s the rare phenomenon who can perform at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert and virtually in Roblox, while earning the title of “cheeky feminist-next-door” from Teen Vogue. During 2022, she only maintained her momentum by teaming up with Alesso on “Words,” reeling in hundreds of millions of streams. Now, Zara fearlessly opens up like never before on her blockbuster 2023 third full-length offering and first album for her own Sommer House in partnership with Epic Records.
