Note: contrary to the initial Manchester performance, the January 14 concert will not include the synthesizer orchestra and art installation.
Additional residency dates include January 15, 17 and 18. Tickets are available

New Order: Decades. Part concert, part documentary, this film follows the band's preparations for the 2017 Manchester International Festival. The complexities extend beyond the technical and logistical: this is a band that rarely looks backward, yet for this project, they had to reflect on – and deconstruct – the band's history, in order to create something very new.
New Order: Decades premieres December 27 at 7:3pm Eastern on Showtime. Watch the trailer

About ∑(No,12k,Lg,17Mif) New Order + Liam Gillick: So it goes..The album was recorded live on July 13, 2017 at the Manchester International Festival and includes the full show as well as three additional tracks recorded over the residency to give listeners a full representation of the breadth of material performed. Featuring tracks such as “Disorder” – from Joy Division’s
Unknown Pleasures and not played live for 30 years – up to 2015’s “Plastic” from New Order’s critically acclaimed
Music Complete, this is the perfect document of those magical five nights.
Created in collaboration with visual artist
Liam Gillick – who has previously presented solo exhibitions at venues such as Tate Britain and MoMA in New York – and orchestrated by composer-arranger
Joe Duddell, a fellow son of Manchester and a frequent New Order collaborator, the live show was performed by the band with a 12-strong synthesizer ensemble from the Royal Northern College of Music.
