Today, LA rock band Starcrawler is releasing a brand new single. Recorded in the Foo Fighters' legendary studio, 606, “Learn to Say Goodbye” is an anthem that chronicles the struggles of letting go, despite the gripping desperation that comes with wanting something that does not serve you.

"I feel like everyone struggles with letting things go sometimes, even if they know that what they’re holding onto might end up hurting them," says front woman Arrow de Wilde. "We wanted to encapsulate that in this song, those desperate feelings you have when you want something so bad that you don’t care what anyone else has to say about it."

Shared alongside a video by Gilbert Trejo that encapsulates their explosive live energy, "Learn to Say Goodbye" arrives just in time for a full US tour with Japanese metal lords Boris and much more new music slated for 2025.

Starcrawler Bio

Touring across the globe since they were teenagers, Starcrawler is no stranger to a life on the road. While most kids were attending high school football games or packing up for college, Starcrawler grew up squished into tiny vans, driving across state lines late into the night to make the next gig. Now, they’re ready for the next chapter. Instead of waiting for the perfect record label, Starcrawler has decided to take matters into their own hands; for the first time ever, they are releasing a single independently. Recorded in the Foo Fighters' legendary studio, 606, on the famous Sound City console that recorded hundreds of classic albums, the band has refined their sound with their latest single, “Learn to say Goodbye”. The song is an anthem that chronicles the struggles of letting go, despite the gripping desperation that comes with wanting something that does not serve you. The new release coincides with a full US tour alongside Japanese metal lords Boris. The band’s own upcoming tour dates this November in Japan and Australia, and much more new music slated for 2025.
