Powerhouse supergroup Dinner Party, comprised of Terrace Martin, Robert Glasper, Kamasi Washington and friends, announces the release of their highly anticipated studio album Enigmatic Society out on April 14, 2023. The album features the exceptional vocal stylings of contemporary artists including Tank, Arin Ray, Ant Clemons, and resident Dinner Party guest Phoelix. Continuing with a fresh take on instrumentation, Dinner Party propels listeners through an uplifting and euphonious soundscape.  Enigmatic Society is a follow-up to Dinner Party’s 2020 self-titled debut album, and the content of the music pays tribute to the duality of both beauty and adversity in Black America celebrating Black joy, life, art, and culture. Dinner Party encapsulates the ability to fuse jazz instrumentation with soulful R&B melodies over classic hip-hop production while redefining what is expected of popular music.

In 2020, Washington scored Becoming—Netflix's film profiling First Lady Michelle Obama—and was nominated for Grammy and Emmy awards for his contributions.
