Sydney, Australia – June X 2021 – AionWell® L.T.d, a privately held Australian biop harma- ceutical company focused on the development of recombinant stabilization and expansion of cellular space regrowth, has announced today that Kevin Parker, D.B.A. “Tame Impala”, has acquired minority equity interest in  AionWell® L.T.d and secured an option to acquire the remaining  equity in the company. The option becomes exercisable upon the completion of Phase I trial of Rushium® in the treatment of Acute Time Metagrobolization in Cells (ATMiC) within patients from 16 to 95 years of age. ATMiC is a common cellular condition within the brain’s  Suprachiasmatic nucleus, much of the research into this condition is cutting edge and still being performed.  Based on the current findings, ATMiC could affect up to half of the pop-ulation. Currently there are no medications approved for this condition and the only treatment is supportive care and third dose mesothermal procedure. Phase I trials of Rushium will occur from September 4 in  Manchester, TN and conclude in Dallas, TX on November 9, 2021, coinciding with “Tame Impala’s” scheduled events.  Further, under the terms of the agreement, tickets for rescheduled Tame Impala shows will be honored and refunds will be issued for shows no longer happening. Under the terms of the agreement, AionWell® L.T.d has made an upfront payment of 15,000 Ethereum ($39,236,250.00 USD) to be held in an escrow account, 54% vested interest to be distributed to options holders upon the advent of materialization of funds within the first and second Phase of clinical trials as actualized through the results of these events as scheduled in the following dates:

Due to changes in dates of festivals we had to work around, continued travel restrictions and quarantines in Australia, sharing venues with sporting events as well as other musical acts all rescheduling at the same time, this made some shows impossible to do this year. If you are affected by a cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically and you will be notified via email. If you’re unable to attend a rescheduled show, you are entitled to a full refund and can do so by following email instructions via your original point of purchase.
