Today KÁRYYN shares the follow-up track to “COLLAPSE PHASE” with “END TO KNOWING YOU,” taken from her forthcoming 10-track album PHYSICS UNIVERSAL LOVE LANGUAGE (PULL), out May 29 via Mute. The track is paired with the official video directed by Jenna Marsh, and produced by Black Dog Films.  Watch the video for “END TO KNOWING YOU” HERE. The latest single “END TO KNOWING YOU” is a sensual elegy straddling the edge between toxic and unrelenting love. It exists in the space between desire and detachment, where bodies ache to merge but timelines fracture on impact. This is not a love song, but a spiritual confession, a map of magnetism, gravitational obsession, telepathy, and spiritual polarity. The track reflects psychic recursion, ecstatic polarity and erotic grief, exploring love that cannot be lived but will not dissolve. As the laws of energetics go, nothing truly ends, it only transforms. Like a mantra, she sings: “I can let it go, I can let it go… but there is no end to knowing you.” The video was conceived by KÁRYYN and directed by Jenna Marsh - whose work includes collaborations with Charli XCX and Eartheater - and was produced by Black Dog Films, part of Ridley Scott’s production company. Choreography is by Supple Nam and the video features dancer Danni Spooner, resulting in a bold, immersive and highly expressive performance. PHYSICS UNIVERSAL LOVE LANGUAGE (PULL) is the latest from Syrian-Armenian-American singer and producer, KÁRYYN. The new album is a body of work distilled from years of lived exploration into existence, intimacy, and time, where sound becomes the structure through which truth is communicated. KÁRYYN’s voice is the gravitational center, carrying both weight and fragility as it shapes the record’s sonic world. Describing her new album “not as inquiry but as conclusion rendered in sound,” PHYSICS UNIVERSAL LOVE LANGUAGE (PULL) maps collapse and reformation through the narrative themes and structural truths of compassion, clarity, and courage. Grounded in physics as the universal language shaping time and space, she asserts that this same language governs inner spiritual coherence, love, and connection. “PHYSICS UNIVERSAL LOVE LANGUAGE (PULL) is about the forces that hold us, rearrange us, and pull us back together,” she says. “It’s a framework for understanding my relationship with Self. This record is the sound of my human revolution.” The first single, “COLLAPSE PHASE,” drew widespread acclaim across the media, with KÁRYYN appearing on the cover of MusicTech Magazine and being highlighted by Women Moving The Needle alongside Lola Young, as well as receiving support from Pitchfork, The Line of Best Fit and others. Built on the tension between sustain and decay, the track unfolds like energy held far beyond its limit, no longer seeking release, but asserting it. It captures the moment the final illusion collapses, revealing clarity rather than chaos. As KÁRYYN explains, “COLLAPSE PHASE is the sonic threshold of confrontation and acceptance. It’s the sound of outdated systems breaking down—relational, emotional, foundational—no longer serving the universal truth that has arrived. It’s the moment I become the force itself, drawing everything obsolete to its end so something true can exist.” Driven by gravitational rhythms, suspended vocal lines, and a sense of sovereign, deliberate rupture, the single introduces the album’s emotional stakes as a point of arrival, where agency is fully claimed and transformation is no longer a process, but a fact. PHYSICS UNIVERSAL LOVE LANGUAGE (PULL) was executive produced by KÁRYYN and James Ford and co-produced by Hudson Mohawke, with additional production by Jacques Greene, Steve Nalepa, Luca Perry, and Duncan Fuller. String arrangement & performances by Raven Bush, alongside qanun performances by the internationally acclaimed Syrian qanun player, Maya Youssef. The album was mixed by Marta Salogni and mastered by Joker. Built from voice, strings, modular synths and gravitational beats tuned to 432Hz, the record incorporates string arrangements informed by Armenian and Middle Eastern musical traditions, woven quietly into rhythm and melody as the record spans the intimate and the expansive. The psychedelic and playful video sees Leo and Rowan traveling through various realms and dimensions together. “Love Yourself” appears on the 2025 album The Velvet Underground and Rowan, which is the debut full-length album from Worldpeace DMT.  Additionally, Worldpeace DMT announces debut headline US dates, which will take place in Los Angeles at Scribble on June 12th and Oblivion on June 13th and in New York City at Baby’s All Right on June 18th and Night Club 101 on June 19th. ECCA VANDAL ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW

Ecca Vandal, a seemingly sonic contradiction who draws inspiration from both Nina Simone and Fugazi, has announced her new album LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW, due May 22nd via Loma Vista Recordings.  LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW is a record about subtraction, cutting ties with what drains your energy and distorts your vision, according to Vandal: “The systems. The trends. The illusions of connection. I find empowerment in being loud and noisey especially as a woman in this global moment who grew up in a culture that told me I could not be those things.” Embodying that raw, unfiltered energy, the announcement arrives with a new song and visual for “SORRY! CRASH!.” It follows previously released singles “MOLLY,” “CRUISING TO SELF SOOTHE,” “BLEED BUT NEVER DIE,” and “THEN THERE’S ONE.” The album was recorded and produced by Richie Buxton and Ecca Vandal in Buxton’s childhood bedroom. “We cut out everything that didn’t serve us, the timelines, the metrics, the pressure to ‘stay visible’ online. We tuned out of the feed and turned inwards. In Richie’s childhood bedroom, we built a tiny home studio, four walls that became a universe. The internet was painfully slow, so we were truly disconnected from the online game. Deep in bayside Melbourne, far from our inner-city friends, that little room became our whole world for nearly two years. It held all our chaos and all our clarity, a little ‘playpen’ where we could live, play and experiment like teenagers again. We started making things with our hands again, tangible, imperfect, and real. We wanted to celebrate long-form, the idea of an album as a whole body of work, while the world was chasing 15-second snippets and algorithm friendly noise. So we left behind the room packed with industry chatter and opinions, and created our own little haven. And honestly, it was magic. The best decision we’ve ever made.” Later this month, Ecca Vandal will make her Coachella debut, followed by an Australian tour supporting Deftones. No stranger to big stages, she and her band have played Camp Flog Gnaw and toured with Limp Bizkit, Queens of the Stone Age, IDLES, The Prodigy, and more. Her high-energy performances have become a trademark, pulling from punk, jazz, hip-hop, and electronic into a distinct sound.

I picked up a few old cassette recorders at a neighborhood flea market that warbled audio in a way that vividly sparked a memory of the texture of the first few bars of “Street Fighting Man” by The Rolling Stones. This was enough for me to begin chasing the production of the song in earnest. I get really excited about making direct connections between my work and the history of rock and roll. I'm not really a purist. I do however feel that attempting to build something new upon existing foundations that represents my friends and I is about the most enjoyable and life affirming way I've found to spend time." Community and connection is the backbone of White Denim’s dynamic new album. Imbued with the same questing spirit that’s been the band’s trademark since first starting in Austin, Texas, some 20 years ago, the new collection is strapped with commentary on power, generational cycles of abuse, shame, violence, and survival while urgently committing to the importance of family and creative freedom. In addition to Petralli being born on the thirteenth of August, the album title holds multi-significance sprinkled throughout the album. ‘13’ in numerology can signify independence, creativity, and a solid foundation, but inversely is often considered to be unlucky and can signify chaos and misfortune. It also happens to be the thirteenth album of White Denim’s career.
