(24th June) - Greek/Norwegian artist Amanda Tenfjord today announces her debut album will be released on October 21st via Propeller Recordings (Sløtface, Highasakite). The announcement coincides with the release of new single "All In" today and follows recently released single "Plans" and her 2022 Eurovision Song Contest entry for Greece "Die Together", where she placed 8th overall - Greece's best result for 10 years in the competition. New single "All In" was co-written with esteemed fellow Norwegian artists dePresno, SKAAR and Norwegian Grammy winning Bjørn Helge Gammelsæter (the latter also on production duties) at Ocean Sound, a studio situated on the remote Norwegian island Giske - recently used by artists such as Arcade Fire, Sampha and Sigrid. Befitting the summer months, "All In" is a joyous, synth-touched pop song oozing with positivity, with a skyscraper-sized chorus to boot, as she sings: "Don’t care about the others down the road / They got nothing on us / I’m all in". Speaking more on the themes behind the new song, Amanda said: “All In is about falling in love - but when the timing isn't perfect. When all your friends are telling you it’s a bad idea, but all your senses are telling you to go for it. It’s about trusting your gut, taking a leap of faith and going all in. I’ve been looking forward to releasing this song as my last few singles have been more about the sad and melancholic parts of a relationship. This one is definitely about the more fun and exciting part, and I’m looking very much forward to performing it live." There wasn’t a eureka moment in Amanda Tenfjord’s life when she realised she was musical. She just always has been. The 25-year-old Greek/Norwegian singer began playing piano aged five, and from then it was almost destined in some capacity that she would live her life in music. Tenfjord's confidence gives way to sing-a-long pop hooks, while her modesty grounds each song with a deep and resonant humanity. Her’s is pop music that makes you feel alive. To date, Amanda Tenfjord has released two EP's, 'Miss The Way You Missed Me' and debut EP 'First Impression', widely praised by publications including The FADER, i-D, NME, amongst others. Forwarding to 2022, Tenfjord juggles life as a recently fully-qualified doctor and indie pop star, having her music spread worldwide since her debut EP release back in 2018. Her songs have travelled globally with support from Spotify and Apple  as well as features on Netflix series Spinning Out and NRK/BBC3 series Nudes. Tenfjord's mesmerising vocals and powerful stage presence has also taken her to various European festivals such as Reeperbahn, Iceland Airwaves, The Great Escape, by:Larm and Eurosonic, as well as several tours across Norway. October will see the release of her debut album, supported by a run of European tour dates early 2023, with stops in Spain, Norway, Netherlands and Germany along the way, as well as a date at Omeara in London on 8th February 2023.
