WITH A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS

“Remember being a kid and wondering what music might sound like in the future? It sounds like Glove.”

“It’s a shame that the iconic cover art for the first Strokes album is already taken, because, finally, here’s a band that sounds the way that cover looks. Glove steal shamelessly 80s-ransacking synth-pop and stylistic signposts for their own nefarious ends.”

Continuing to ride the triumph of their debut album Boom NightsGlove will be back on the road starting in May with A Place To Bury Strangers. Hailed by the likes of Rolling Stone, NME and DIY for their otherworldly live show, this is not a tour to miss. Funneling the feeling of a seedy nightclub into a well-polished package, Glove is penning the soundtrack to dystopian rapture. During the pandemic, the band teamed up with early fan Brad Shultz from Cage The Elephant, who went on to produce their debut album. With the return of live music this year, the band dominated the scene at SXSW, made an appearance at Treefort, and did an earlier tour run with Nation of Language. This year will see the band dive into lots of new music and many more shows, including a run with Jack White on the Supply Chain Issues Tour. Let me know if you or anyone else from your team would be interested in potentially attending a show for coverage/ chatting with the band. More info on the band below:
