New York, NY (November 12, 2021)- Sophie and the Giants are back and have teamed up with producers Benny Benassi & Dardust on their storming new single, “Golden Nights” out November 12^th on Republic Records.

On “Golden Nights” Sophie said: “I wanted this song to help people forget the world around them. It’s about those moments when the only thing that matters is you and them.”

A piece of pure sonic escapism, “Golden Nights” is a shot of pure disco euphoria. An ode to getting lost in the moment with someone special, the track’s upbeat synth melodies and Sophie’s unmistakable voice have created a future dancefloor classic. Both veterans of the club scene Benny Benassi and Dardust are masters at crafting stunning, high-quality dance-music, and are the perfect collaborators for Sophie on this song.

The new track follows the recent singles “Right Now,” and the mega-hit collaboration with Purple Disco Machine, “Hypnotized,” which already hit 4 x platinum in Italy, platinum in Poland, Switzerland and Austria, gold across a further 7 countries in Europe, and has been streamed nearly half a billion times worldwide.

Sophie and the Giants has spent the last year refining her intense, life-affirming electro-pop sound which has already won fans at Radio with support from BBC Radio 1 & Radio X in the UK. 

Following her recent UK exclusive show at London’s Lafayette venue this September, Sophie and the Giants will be heading out on a full European tour in 2022, dates to be announced later.
