“I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since I released Fauna," notes Nanna. "It would define a whole new life for me. At the time I made this album I had no direction in my life, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to spend my every living second making music. I had no real understanding of the fact that people would one day hear what I was making. I had never played even one show when I released it. I was so busy making and living it that I didn't even think of how to release it, and now 10 years later it still hasn't been released on vinyl - until now!”
“My musical roots are in the soil of Fauna,” she continues, “and I’m forever thankful for the people who took my music in at that time. I would not be where I am today if there hadn't been adventurous ears out there, wanting to hear my musical inventions. (-: ”

Since Fauna Oh Land has released four studio albums and collaborated with renowned producers Dave Sitek, Dave McCracken and Dan Carey amongst many others. As a writer she has worked with Sia, John Legend and Pharrell, to name a few. Nanna has done numerous international headliner tours, intermixed with supporting dates for such acts as Katy Perry and Sia. Her discography includes an impressive catalog of hit singles including "Sun of a Gun", "White Nights", fan favorites "Wolf & I", “Renaissance Girls", "Head Up High" and more.
In recent years Nanna has also made a splash in the classical music world, playing with Lang Lang and Joshua Bell in Carnegie Hall and orchestrating whole concerts for the symphony orchestra in her native country of Denmark. She recently collaborated with the Queen of Denmark, Queen Margrethe II to create a ballet for Askepot, the Danish Theatre Pantomimeteatret in Tivoli, Copenhagen. In summer 2017 she created the musical aspect of Watermusic, a multimedia performance for over 15,000 people at Randers Harbor combining architecture, dance and music, while at the same time creating the exhibition “The Ship” at Nikolaj Kunsthal in collaboration with Eske Kath. And most recently she reimagined the Danish National Anthem as a dark, dystopian theme song for the new Netflix sci-fi hit “The Rain”.
