“a sound that’s not only unique but that rings with an individuality that makes them impossible to define…Kitchen Dwellers (Shawn Swain, Torrin Daniels, Joe Funk and Max Davies) bring a fresh approach and sense of curiosity about the possibility of where things we call “common” can commute.”

 - Goldmine

“Kitchen Dwellers have preserved their sense of youthful experimentation - giving Wise River its distinct jolt of liveliness”

Fast rising alt/americana and bluegrass band Kitchen Dwellers are continuing their upswing with a number of sell-out shows during their recent February tour. Today, the Bozeman-based group announced they will be returning to Livingston, MT’s Pine Creek Lodge for three nights in June. A limited amount of artist presale tickets go on sale today at 10am MT through Wednesday 3/8 10pm MT (code: DISHPIT), and public on sale begins Friday 3/10 at 10am MT.

The Kitchen Dwellers twist bluegrass, folk, and rock through a kaleidoscope of homegrown stories, rich mythology, American west wanderlust, and psychedelic hues.

After amassing 5 million-plus streams, selling out shows, and receiving acclaim from Huffington PostRelixAmerican SongwriterForbes and more, the group brings audiences back to Big Sky Country on their third full-length album.

“The town of Wise River is basically a forgotten spot on the map,” Shawn says. “It used to be a thriving place with many prosperous mines, but now it’s practically dried up. There’s a hell of a lot of melancholy. In our mind, it symbolizes the overall feeling of being in slowed-down Montana life.”
