RÖYKSOPP SHARE “ME&YOUPHORIA” FROM THE CONCLUDING PART OF THEIR PROFOUND MYSTERIES SERIES  PROFOUND MYSTERIES III  SET FOR RELEASE ON NOVEMBER 18th

Röyksopp photo by Stian Andersen Röyksopp have just unveiled the soaring italo-disco of Me&Youphoria, the latest taste of the concluding chapter of their acclaimed Profound Mysteries project. The track, they say, “is all about desire. And what better way to convey such a raw emotion than via an über-analogue, synth-saturated kiss?“ The sublime new single follows last month’s dual release of spine-tingling, vocoder-epic Speed King and interstellar electro-romp The Night, featuring Alison Goldfrapp. Profound Mysteries III will be released on November 18, 2022 and in addition to the aforementioned Alison Goldfrapp, it features further guest appearances from Susanne Sundfør, Astrid S, Jamie Irrepressible, Pixx, and Maurissa Rose. Speaking about Profound Mysteries III, Svein Berge & Torbjørn Brundtland said it “concludes our triple album endeavor. Beneath its golden, shimmering sheen, lie levels of ambiguity and contrast; the sweet and the harrowing, the wonderful and the wrong.
