Hardly Strictly Bluegrass is pleased to announce the times and dates for its first time back at Golden Gate Park since 2019. Across six stages and three nights, the entirely free festival will feature artists performing a wide range of music including indie, alternative rock, jazz, funk, folk, blues, world music, and of course, bluegrass. Last week HSB announced the additions of Drive By Truckers, The Dead Tongues, Black Opry Revue, S.G. Goodman, Andy Shauf, JOSEPH, Marlon Williams, Jesse Colin Young, and Yasmin Williams to an already packed lineup of artists with diverse backgrounds and sounds.
One of the highlights of the weekend will be the special set dubbed “Fare Thee Well” that will celebrate the songs of those who passed over the last few years including John Prine, Nancy Bechtle, Justin Townes Earle, and others.
