Father John Misty Shares “I’m Writing A Novel” Video With Pitchfork
Plus Updated Tour Dates
Father John Misty has premiered a new video for “I’m Writing A Novel,” the 5th video from his critically acclaimed 2012 album Fear Fun.
The new visual, directed by Noel Paul (“Hollywood Forever Cemetery
Sings”; Bat For Lashes, Austra) melds documentary-style and performance
footage filmed while on the road during his mammoth tour in support of
the album (see Pitchfork news story September 11th).
Father John Misty will close out 2013 with a headlining solo variety tour in support of Fear Fun this
fall, which begins on October 3rd in San Francisco, CA at Slims and
ends on November 2nd in Los Angeles, CA at the Wiltern. The tour will
feature support from comedian Kate Berlant. Please find a full list of tour dates below.
