Since we last spoke, Bridgers also shared a fantastic clip for her track "Motion Sickness". In fact, she had the plan for it lined up for quite some time. "I've had the idea for this video since before recording 'Motion Sickness'," says Bridgers. "Probably inspired by my brother Jackson signing 'Down With the Sickness' to me in karaoke with 100% commitment in an orange jumpsuit."
The Justin Mitchell-directed video for the latest single off her forthcoming debut album, Stranger In The Alps, might not have an orange jumpsuit - but it definitely has karaoke.
Bridgers, who is currently on the road with Conor Oberst, recently announced a handful of early October shows in support of War On Drugs along the west coast that will follow her October 4thheadline show at Baby's All Right in Brooklyn, NY. She is also confirmed to support Noah Gundersen throughout the southwest and west coast in November.
