Beach House to end 2016 tour with New York, Charlottesville, + Austin shows

Celebrated Baltimore duo Beach House have added two new shows to cap their 2016 world tour in support of Thank Your Lucky Stars and Depression Cherry. Tickets for the new dates at Charlottesville’s Jefferson Theatre on November 2nd and Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre on November 3rd go on sale this Friday, September 16th at 10am EDT.

Beach House is also set to appear at Austin’s Sound on Sound Festival on November 5th. Please find a full list of current tour dates below.

As well, this summer the band released an arresting new video for “The Traveller,” from Thank Your Lucky Stars, directed by Jennifer Juniper Stratford [link here].

And last month, Beach House appeared on Charlie Rose on PBS. The group sat for an interview and performed “Rough Song” and “The Traveller” from their latest release Thank Your Lucky Stars. Watch here.

Beach House’s Thank Your Lucky Stars and Depression Cherrywere recorded during the same two-month span and were produced by the band and Chris Coady at Studio in the Country in Bogalusa, Louisiana. They are each distinctive full-length albums and are available now in North America from Sub Pop, in Europe from
Bella Union and in Australia from Mistletone.
