This collaboration brings together two distinct paths, deeply connected by a shared heritage: the early days of the French Touch, a time when innovation and artistic freedom redefined the codes of electronic music and helped France establish a prominent place on the global stage. While their respective careers have led them in different directions — Sébastien exploring a more introspective territory, and David establishing himself as one of the masters of the international dancefloor — this project embodies the meeting of two complementary visions, where melody, emotion, and experimentation take center stage once again. “David Guetta is an icon to me, I’ve admired him forever. He represents another facet of the French Touch that has always fascinated me. He understands the dancefloor better than anyone — he feels it, anticipates it. I tried to keep that emotion while bringing it more into my world, something with a bit more energy for the dancefloor!“ Taken from the album Kiss the Beast, released on January 30, “Thrill of the Night” is a disco-electronic track with a distinctly French touch, bringing together pop disruptor Slayyyter and legendary guitarist Nile Rodgers. Produced by Oscar Holter (The Weeknd, Katy Perry…) and SebastiAn, the track celebrates connection and emotion through a hybrid, festive musical experience, elevated by a video directed by Melchior Leroux. “Thrill of the Night was created with the desire to relive those club years — the dream of nightlife in its freedom and festive energy. Everything becomes possible, nothing feels out of reach,” explains Tellier. With this remix, David Guetta brings his legendary expertise and unique ability to unite global audiences, transforming the track into a celebration of nightlife, the dancefloor, and the enduring spirit of the French Touch.
