Hi-res assets here.

Perth’s Psychedelic Porn Crumpets today share the fittingly adventurous video for their latest single "Bill’s Mandolin". The video follows an epic journey that begins with an ominous looking sword, a perilous journey to a castle and a mandolin that turns out to be the ultimate weapon. The ferocious "Bill’s Mandolin" is inspired by an old heirloom Jack McEwan of the band was given on their last tour of the UK. So that he could take the mandolin back to Australia, the band carried it around Western Europe and Australia on tour with them as they got up to all sorts of mischief; "Bill’s Mandolin" is an ode to Jack’s grandad Bill and their chaotic adventures accompanied by the instrument.

Psychedelic Porn Crumpets recently announced the release of their new studio album And Now For The Whatchamacallit, due via Marathon Artists on May 31st 2019. The band will be touring the world in support of the release, heading to the UK next month for a headline tour, which includes playing The Great Escape and All Points East festival with The Strokes.
Psychedelic Porn Crumpets - Bill's Mandolin
Hailing from the same Aussie homeland as psych-rock contemporaries Tame Impala, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and POND, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets are on the brink of an exciting new chapter ahead of the release of their third studio album. Recorded between Jack McEwan’s bedroom and Tone City Studios in Perth, mixed by Michael Jelinek (Gunns) and mastered by John Davis (Gorillaz, The Killers), And Now For The Whatchamacallit is representative of the band’s huge developed sound, and is their most anticipated release yet.

On the inspiration behind the new album, the band say: “The original concept was to take a 1930’s carnival that had been re-imagined for future generations, a collage of Punch and Judy, carousels and coconut shy’s that progresses in musical concepts and travels with the listener. Then as we started traveling I was swept off into my own kind of circus, the odyssey of touring life. Large nights out, larger characters, drunken recollections of foreign cities and rabbit hole-ing into insanity (kindly illustrated by Quentin Blake)”.
And Now For The Whatchamacallit Tracklist:

1. Keen For Kick Ons?
2. Bill’s Mandolin
3. Hymn For A Droid
4. Fields, Woods, Time
5. Native Tongue
6. Social Candy
7. My Friend’s A Liquid
8. When In Rome
9. Digital Hunger
10. Dezi’s Adventure

In true Psychedelic Porn Crumpets style, they’ve set out their stall for an incredibly busy 2019, touring their blistering live show across the world, so far conquering SXSW and sold out shows in LA and New York. With two completely sold out UK tours under their belts already, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets return to the UK next month for an 11 date tour, starting at Brighton’s The Great Escape festival. Elsewhere, they’ll be joining Interpol as support and The Strokes for their All Points East festival date.
