Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds today share their extraordinary performance of the song ‘Distant Sky’ from the forthcoming live EP ‘Distant Sky – Live In Copenhagen’.  The EP is available for pre-order now and will be released on September 28th. The band were joined on the track by Danish soprano Else Torp.
For one night only in April of this year, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds screened their Copenhagen Royal Arena show in cinemas worldwide. Filmed in October 2017, Distant Sky captured a triumphant live concert from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, performing new album Skeleton Tree’s beautiful compositions alongside songs from their essential catalogue. Now, they release a special EP of audio from that show.
‘Distant Sky – Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Live In Copenhagen’, will be available on Bad Seed Ltd on digital and 12” vinyl from September 28th. The track listing of the EP is as follows

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds’ seven-piece touring line-up features Nick Cave (vocals, piano), Warren Ellis (piano, keyboards, violin, tenor guitar), Martyn Casey (bass), Thomas Wydler (drums), Jim Sclavunos (vibraphone, percussion, piano), George Vjestica (guitar) and Larry Mullins (keyboards, piano).
