Father John Misty announces international headline + festival dates (May 11th-Nov. 18th) + Tonight Show May 7th

Father John Misty announces international headline tour dates and festival appearances in support of God’s Favorite Customer through November 18th
Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks and appearances including Austin City Limits, Newport Folk, Primavera, All Points East, and Panorama festivals
 Performs on The Tonight Show with 
Jimmy Fallon on May 7th

 
God’s Favorite Customer will be available June 1st worldwide from Sub Pop, with the exception of Europe through Bella Union
Father John Misty has extended his 2018 international headlining and festival tour schedule in support of God’s Favorite Customer, his forthcoming album. The dates span May 11th in Bloomington, Indiana at Granfalloon: A Kurt Vonnegut Gathering! through November 18th in Lausanne, Switzerland at Les Docks.

The 23 new North American dates include Washington, Pittsburgh, Boise, Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Charlottesville, Charlotte, Miami Beach, Orlando, Birmingham, New Orleans, Oxford, and Oklahoma City.  He’ll also appear at the just announced Newport Folk (July 28th) and Austin City Limits Festivals (October 5th-7th and October 12th-14th).

The 15 new European shows include stops in the UK (Gateshead, Liverpool, Portsmouth, Leicester, Bath), Belgium (Antwerp), Netherlands (Eindhoven,  Amsterdam), Germany (Darmstadt, Berlin), Sweden (Gothenburg), Hungary (Budapest), Austria (Vienna), and Switzerland (Lausanne, Zurich).

Fan presales (password: TILLMAN) begin Tuesday, May 8th at 10 am (local time), with tickets on sale to the general public on Friday, May 11th at 10 am (local time).

Support for the new headlining shows will come from Sub Pop labelmates King Tuff (September 20th-October 3rd) and Bully (August 2nd-3rd), along with Bedouine (October 26th-November 18th - select dates), Jenny Lewis (July 29th, August 1st), Lucy Dacus (July 26th, August 12th, August 13th), and David Beeman (August 17th).

Father John Misty will also headline the Hollywood Bowl June 24th (with Gillian Welch and Big Thief), Red Rocks August 15th (with TV on the Radio), and Halifax, UK’s Piece Hall May 26th (with Edwyn Collins, Frightened Rabbit and Hookworms). Please find a complete list of tour dates below.
