+ ANNOUNCING EAST COAST + SXSW TOUR DATES

“…a gorgeous, continually building journey of poignant sound, and while the despair appears prominent, this really is a song of hope.”

“…soothing on a surface level, like latter-day Yo La Tengo covering a gentle folk song”
 – Stereogum
“With guitars doused in reverb and Kim Deal-esque backing vocals, the song catches your ear with a familiarity that still sounds fresh. It projects a sense of effortless cool”
– NPR
“…notes of The New Pornographers, and the harmonies during the hook are heavenly. A pretty voice over a grimy guitar”
USA Today
“… think Bruce Springsteen’s classic impassioned anthems — Solomon, with the help of Communist Daughter, is doing all he can to keep from completely unraveling.”
Consequence of Sound
“...captures that pleasingly melancholy mood...always riding that find line between rocking out and holding back.”
- The AV Club
Think Brian Wilson fronting early Fleetwood Mac mixed with a pinch of Nirvana. Post-folk grunge at its finest.
